At RISEVA, we strive to deliver high-quality products that empower you to rise above any challenge. While we are confident that you’ll love your purchase, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. Please carefully review our return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our operations and limited stock, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or in cases of a change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors:
At RISEVA, we take great pride in the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or experience a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

What qualifies for a replacement/refund?
- Products that arrived damaged or defective.
- Manufacturing errors affecting product quality or functionality.

How to request a replacement or refund:
- Email us at hello@risevafit.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement item or process a refund as per your preference.
Non-Returnable Items:
We currently do not support returns for:
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Change of mind after the order has been placed
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where a replacement or refund is issued due to a product defect or error on our part.
